I have experience supporting young people (ages 5-18), adults, couples, and families from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds and who hold a variety of identities (race, class, gender, cognitive and physical abilities, sexual orientation). I am currently offering individual, couples, and family therapy services.

Below are several groups of people with whom I have found a special interest in supporting. If you do not see yourself in any of these groups that does not mean we can’t work together. If you have questions about my experience in supporting people that hold specific identities, please send me a message so that I can try to answer your questions.

Children - I have worked with children in a variety of roles (as a teacher, coach, mentor, and mental health therapist) and in a variety of settings (in school, in the community, and in their homes) for more than 20 years.

Adults and Emerging Adults - Sometimes referred to as transitional age youth, I specialize in working with people transitioning into adulthood (16-30 years old).

Families - Children of all ages and their primary caregivers.

Couples - People who identify as being in, or transitioning out of, a committed relationship.

Male-identified folks - As a male identified person I have a special interest in supporting others who identify as male, specifically as that identity relates to the concept of scarcity (being or having enough).

Parents/Caregivers - Providing space for parents/caregivers (or however you identify) to feel a little less overwhelmed while tapping into your inherent strengths!
